Saphya Razaqi Lones is an Afghan-American multidisciplinary artist and designer in Portland, OR. Heavily inspired by the nonsensical surrealism of artists like Tom Robbins and Lyle Hehn, she seeks to create at the intersection of beauty and humor. She views visual language as her favorite mode of exploration and wants to push the boundaries of analog and digital media. Saphya has studied at University of the Arts London and is currently studying for a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising at Portland State University.
